France's fiscal representative market is small, regionally concentrated, and largely opaque from abroad. This directory exists so that a non-resident seller, a notaire looking for a reliable partner, or a foreign solicitor can see every firm we have verified as currently accredited, without being forced through a lead form. How we verify accreditation

Accreditation in France is not a private label. The firm is listed by the regional tax office (DRFIP or DDFIP depending on the département), the accreditation is nominative and time-limited, and it covers a specific scope (real-estate CGT, VAT, or both). For every firm in this directory we confirm the current scope, the geographical coverage, and that the professional civil-liability insurance covers the guarantee given to the French treasury. We repeat the verification at least once per year; when a firm loses its accreditation, the entry is removed within a month.
